Join NVBA and our partners at A.E.R.O. (Animal Education and Rescue Organization) for an afternoon full of bird-related educational sessions. With Spring Migration in full-swing, we want everyone to be prepared the next time they find an injured bird!
Presentations include:
Bird Identification Lecture: Our friend and NOVA Parks Roving Naturalist Matt Felperin will give a presentation on common backyard bird identification in northern Virginia and how to spot their unique behaviors.
Common Injuries and Baby Bird Care Presentation: Be prepared the next time you find an injured or lost bird.
Introduction to International Dark Skies Week: Presented by Olivia Lobalbo from A.E.R.O.
