ASNV is hosting a family-friendly birding event at Powhatan Springs on Sunday November 19 at 3:30pm. We will have a few sets of binoculars that people could borrow.

Joan Haffey, an ARMN volunteer and an ASNV board member and birder, will lead us through this 2.5-acre gem in the shadow of the Powhatan Springs skatepark (6020 Wilson Boulevard, Arlington). Wear appropriate footwear for scrambling over dried up stream beds.

Park in the skateboard parking lot at 6020 Wilson Boulevard. Children must be accompanied by an adult guardian.
