Wingspan Night at Potomac Overlook: learn to play the game, meet an Eastern Screech-Owl, and enjoy snacks and non-alcoholic drinks!

Join NVBA and NOVA Parks for a fun and engaging Wingspan Night at Potomac Overlook Regional Park! In partnership with naturalist Matt Felperin, we’ll play the popular bird-themed board game Wingspan. Whether you’re brand new or an experienced player, we’ll have guided tables for beginners and open play for seasoned “Wingspanners.” Come alone and meet new friends, or come with friends you already have! All are welcome.

For those looking to level up their game, we’ll also feature the Asia Expansion, showcasing beautiful bird species from across Asia.

During the evening, you’ll also meet the park’s ambassador Eastern Screech-Owl during a short educational session.

Pizza and non-alcoholic drinks are included with your ticket. Proceeds will support both NVBA and NOVA Parks. You must register through Eventbrite to participate in this event as space is limited.
