During this year's National Invasive Species Awareness Week, Northern Virginia Bird Alliance (NVBA) is hosting an online course focused on invasive species identification in Northern Virginia!
Hosted in partnership with Blue Ridge Partnership for Regional Invasive Species Management (PRISM) and the Virginia Invasive Plant Coalition, this webinar includes an hour-long presentation from Blue Ridge PRISM's Executive Director, Lauren Taylor. During her presentation, she will guide participants through identifying invasive plants in your landscapes, leaving time for questions at the end.
Whether you're looking to brush-up on your invasive species ID before our next Stretch Our Parks event, learning about our partner groups, or just curious about what invasives might be in your backyard, join us on February 24th at 6:45pm!
This online program is FREE to attend for all NVBA members. Learn more about NVBA membership and consider joining our flock!
